Nama Genshu
Delivers the just pressed drinking enjoyment once reserved for brewery visitors. Nama genshu is the fresh-pressed, undiluted, and non-pastuerized brew, the genuine draft sake captures literally minutes after the mash is pressed.
Raw Sake
The raw Sake is channeled through an elongated vessel, and out a spout called Funaguchi. Relish the aroma of rich sweet rice, and the satin-smooth flavor of sugar can and stewed pears. Serve chilled at 50 degrees F, or over rocks.

Cherry Company Management Philosophy
- 2011-01-03 (Mon)
- Announcements
Due to the continued support and cooperation from our valued customers we The Cherry Co, despite the unpredictable economical downturn was able to achieve our desired results for this past year. Once again we would like to give our most sincere gratitude and appreciation to all who support our efforts.
My management philosophy is this “Customers always come first, for all employees to achieve happiness in both mind and matter, and for our company to revitalize and contribute to Hawaii’s economy”. To achieve these principals, first it must be clear on the goals of this undertaking. Secondly to be able to care for high quality sake, shochu, Japanese foods and kitchen supplies at a reasonable price. In the long run we must diligently strive to grow our sales, lower our cost and to work with and contribute to our customer’s ever growing and developing business.
We pray from the bottom of our hearts for everyone’s good fortune and prosperity.

About US
Mutual Trading Co., Inc. was founded in 1926. New York Mutual Trading started selling products in 1973 and now utilizes its own shipping system out of a ten thousand sq. ft warehouse to distribute more than 4,000 items direct throughout the tri-state area.
New York Mutual Trading pioneered the concept of the distributor partnering with the Japanese vendor directly to make new items (such as food and sake) available in the United States. We import and distribute more than one hundred kinds of Jizake (Japanese Premium Sake).
Every fall we have our annual restaurant show for trade businesses in New York City with vendors from the US and Japan highlighting new products and conducting seminars.
New York Mutual Trading Inc. continues to make great strides for the culinary professional with the April 2009 opening of the new Japanese Culinary Center. The Center will have among other things: imported Japanese dishware, high quality cutting tools and a large variety of restaurant supplies. There will also be a test kitchen available on the premises.
